Welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Please review the useful information regarding terms and conditions of our delivery policy.

Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, how much it cost and delivery options. At this time you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records.

Cost

**Please Note: This does NOT include the order processing time for Printed kits. Please see below.

Standard Post - Region 1 (up to 7 working days) - Ideal for home delivery of non-urgent orders to minimize carriage costs. Up to 7 working days transit times should be allowed from when the order leaves our warehouse. This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date and may be left in a safe location. Please allow at least 15 working days should you need to contact our Customer Service for tracking purposes. Please note that this does not include the order processing time which can vary depending on customisation requests. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Standard Post - Region 2 (up to 14 working days) -  A more economical international service, but with a longer transit time. Standard Post (Region 2) takes 10 - 14 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Available worldwide, with certain restrictions. For this service to be offered, your order must be below a certain weight and volume. If you are not offered Standard Post (Region 2) then your products have exceeded the weight, volume or order value limits and you will therefore be offered appropriate alternatives. Please note that this does not include the order processing time which can vary depending on customisation requests. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Customs & Duty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

Printed Football Shirts

We are happy to customize your shirt with official name and numbers - the same as the player wear on the pitch. Shirt printing has to be specially ordered to your requirements. While star player names (ie. Ronaldo, Rooney, Messi etc) will generally be in stock, therefore substantially reducing delivery times, this is very much an on going process, so it is best to allow up to 30 days maximum for delivery. Of course, if you have an urgent deadline, you should contact us because it may be possible to fulfill your item from stock.

We will always do our best to notify customers regarding what we perceive to be errors in spelling or incorrect numbers for known players, but final responsibility for providing accurate information for personalized orders rests with the customer.
